Gumboots Early Learning Werribee is managed by Naima who has over 14 years experience in the early childhood sector. Naima holds a Diploma in Children’s Services.
Naima lives in Werribee and has been part of the local community for years. She is a mother to four beautiful daughters and understands and knows how important quality care and education is for all children. She is committed to providing over and above minimum standards.
She absolutely loves her job and thrives on being a wonderful leader to her team. She has an amazing reputation and understands the importance of building wonderful relationships with all the Educators, Children and their families.
Naima has always been a nurturing Educator and believes in involving the community in early childhood, she has shown this by building relationships with local nursing homes and businesses. Naima has strong family values and relationships and loves engaging children’s families for incursion and excursions.
Naima has a strong focus on children’s voice and regularly conducts children’s committee meetings, where the children have their own voice and are empowered to participate in decision-making about their rights and where their voices can help make a change.

We are a family-run early learning centre in Werribee, and together with our skilled staff of educators, we are dedicated to provide families in our neighbourhoods great, high-quality care and education for their children in a contemporary, warm, and homey setting.
With a 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten programme that is accredited, we provide high-quality care for kids from six weeks old until they are of school age.
The Reggio Emilia Learning Method will serve as an inspiration for Gumboots Early Learning’s play-based learning curriculum, which will also be influenced by our center’s guiding principles and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Kindergarten Program
In the year prior to starting school, typically when children are 4 years old, Gumboots Early Learning Werribee offers a Funded Kindergarten Program to all children. Planning and implementing a curriculum that aims to give all children the skills they need for school and life is the responsibility of our early childhood teachers. A curriculum designed to give all children the tools they need for school and life will be developed and implemented by Werribee Early Childhood Teachers.
All children have access to a Transition to School Program as part of our Kindergarten Program. The Early Years Learning Framework serves as a guide for and a reflection of this programme. The program’s main goal is to get children ready to learn effectively as they improve and extend their communication abilities, boost their self-esteem, discover their creativity, and acquire abilities that help them with reading, writing, and math.
Additionally, the programme will assist children in understanding school expectations and routines. Every child participating in the Werribee Kindergarten Program has access to the Transition to School Program.

A extra big thank you to the super star Jess for being our Kacey’s favourite person! I recently moved my son over to Gumboots Jacksons Hill and he absolutely loves it. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are amazing and the staff are so supportive and genuine. Gumboots Early Learning provide a fantastic indoor/outdoor routine, which is exactly what my energetic boy needs! We moved to Gumboots mid-term and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a great range of learning activities and I love they they have a bush kindie program. Highly Recommend
